1. Reservation and Payment

Rates are quoted in US Dollars and include all applicable taxes. A non-refundable 100% deposit is required upon reservation, payable via wire transfer or credit card through our secure online server. A 5% credit card processing fee applies to credit card payments. For wire transfers, an additional $20 USD fee is charged to cover local bank fees, plus any fees charged by your bank. No damage deposit is required.

2. Minimum Stay Requirements

The minimum rental period is as follows:

• High Season, Easter, and Christmas: 5 nights
• Low Season: 3 nights (7 nights required for preferred rates)

Contact us for last-minute reservations or extended stay discounts.

3. Cleaning Services

For short-term rentals of 6 nights or more, one weekly condo cleaning is included at no charge. A departure cleaning fee will be added to your bill for all reservations. Additional cleaning services can be arranged for an extra cost.

4. Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in time is after 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM on the departure date. Please confirm with our local rental agency for early check-in or late check-out requests.

5. Community Rules

Foil Drive Cabarete operates within the Ocean Dream and Harmony private residences, which are not hotel environments. Most condos are occupied by owners or long-term renters. To maintain a peaceful and secure environment, please adhere to the following rules:

• Avoid excessive noise, especially at night.
• Do not invite individuals whose behavior violates accepted standards. Drug use and prostitution are strictly prohibited.
• Use only designated parking spaces for your building.
• No pets are allowed on the premises.
• Respect local customs by avoiding topless attire at the beach or pool.

6. Security

Upon check-in, you will receive a security renter card, which must be carried at all times and returned at check-out. Lost cards or keys incur a $20 USD fee. Visitors must register at the security gate, provide identification, and receive a visitor pass to ensure the resort’s security. No exceptions are permitted.

7. Cancellation Policy

All reservations require a non-refundable 100% deposit. No refunds will be issued for cancellations.

8. Included Services

The rental price includes electricity, water, gas, and security services.

9. Waiver and Release of Liability

SeaLane Escape Inc., its owners, rental agents, officers, servants, or employees are not liable for:

• Death, personal injury, accidents, loss, or damage to persons or personal effects resulting from condo or pool use.
• Loss of mains services, appliance failures, or consequences of actions by authorities beyond our control.
• Loss, damage, or delays caused by events outside our control, such as adverse weather, airport closures, war, terrorism, earthquakes, floods, or strikes.
• Injuries caused by pool use. Guests must supervise children, and no diving, running, or jumping is allowed in or around the pool.

All rental condos are independently owned by Dominican companies. Any legal claims must be filed in the judicial district of Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic.

10. Changing Your Booking

While we strive to maintain confirmed bookings, circumstances beyond our control may require us to relocate you to a comparable or better condo within the same area.
